My name is Eve and I am a rising Senior at The Chapin School in New York City.

Sports have always played an important role in my life. I was a quiet child who was very timid around new people and situations, but my parents say that I have always been very confident physically from the time I started walking at 9 months. From the age of 6, I was a competitive swimmer and I swam 5+ days a week with two club teams in NYC (Asphalt Green's Agua Team and the 92nd Street Y's Flying Dolphins). When Covid hit in 2020 and swim was canceled for the foreseeable future, I started playing golf more seriously.

Playing competitive golf these last 4 years has been an invaluable experience. Not only have I met some wonderful people and played some amazing courses, I have also honed important life skills such as mental toughness, grit, resilience and positivity. Through Sophomore year, I played 3 Varsity sports at Chapin (Tennis, Track and Swim). I have made the decision to focus on golf moving forward. Chapin recently created a Golf Club and I will continue to swim to stay in shape in the off season.

I am looking forward to continuing to play in local, regional (and hopefully national) tournaments over the next few years and would love to have the opportunity to play golf in college.
